1. What is health?

  • Health means physically not affected by diseases, being fit and fine, mentally being happy, emotionally feeling good, socially being respected. 

2. Advantages of good health?

  • Your creativity increases.
  • You can achieve your goals easily.
  • Your relationship with your loved ones will be strong.
  • You can contribute many good things to your family and country. 

3. Disadvantages of bad health?

  • Your relationship with your loved ones will become weak.
  • You can't complete your work properly.
  • You get affected by many diseases.
  • You will become a burden to your family and country.

4. How to manage good health?

  • Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol & carbonated drinks, eating junk food. 
  • Eat healthy food, drink sufficient water, sleep well for 6 hours to 8 hours in night. 
  • Don't forget to do exercises in morning sunlight.
  • During 16 hours of the day, eat 125 gm healthy food every hour, drink 250 ml water every hour. (8 hours for sleeping)
  • Eat 125 gm to 250 gm of fruits or vegetables or rice or any other healthy food every hour during 16 hours of day.
  • Drink 250 ml to 500 ml of water sip by sip (1 sip = 25 ml) every hour during 16 hours of the day. 
  • Mouth washing & teeth brushing twice a day (before going to sleep in night & after getting up from sleep in morning).
5. Which exercises help to manage good health?
  • Surya Namaskar and Pranayama.
6. What is Surya Namaskar?
  • Surya Namaskar is an exercise which helps to coordinate body, breath and mind.
7. What is Pranayama?
  • Pranayama is an exercise which helps to stay calm, focused, and energized.
8. How to eat food?
  • Food is the fuel for your body, you must eat it slowly by chewing it well and making it thin liquid paste before swallowing it.
9. How to drink water?
  • Water will help the body to keep the condition of all organs as good as possible. 
  • So drink water sip by sip only while sitting comfortably. 
  • While drinking water, you must mix water and saliva in mouth perfectly before swallowing it.
  • Don't drink water while standing, walking, running, (don't drink water when body is unstable).
10. How to get sleep well at night?
  • Eat lite food like fruits, bread, rice which will make you feel comfort to go to bed.
  • Make your bedroom environment as dark and quiet place.
  • Think of good things while lying down on bed to get good dreams.
